And what is reality? Is reality what we’re seeing with our brain… or is reality what we’re seeing with our eyes? And the truth is is that the brain does not know the difference… between what it sees in its environment and what it remembers… because the same specific neural nets are then firing.
If this is true with vision, then it must be true with the other senses as well. And if that is true with what we see, hear, smell, taste, and touch; then what about our actions within that framework? Is there a difference in thinking about an action and performing an action? If actions are in response to environment and the environment is thought, then actions must be thought as well. I don’t know if it is a fallacy to apply logic here or not.
There is something to this, but I cannot quite wrap my brain around the full scope of it yet. Any comments are appreciated.
